Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings not yet satisfying applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months with no login activity. pub222 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances after this period, subject to prior written notice to the Player's registered contact details. pub222 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before applying inactivity fees.
All content on the pub222 platform — including but not limited to the pub222 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, graphics, and software — is the property of pub222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the pub222 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, distribution, or public display of any pub222 content without prior written authorization; reverse engineering or decompiling any pub222 software; or using pub222 content for commercial purposes of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub222's liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds in that Player's pub222 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

Formal complaints may be submitted via Live Chat support. pub222 will respond to complaints within five (5) business days. pub222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where shorter notice is required by PAGCOR or applicable law.
